By accessing or using the Vawchoo websites, the online beauty and wellness reservation service, product and services marketplace service, blog, or any applications, including mobile applications (together, the “Service”), that are made available by Vawchoo and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, you agree to have read, understood and to be bound by these terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or linked hereto (“Terms of Use”).

While you do not need an account to use the site, certain features may require creating one. You are only allowed to have one account, whether for your personal use or as part of a shared account such as a family account. 

Please note that we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if we find that you have violated any part of these Terms, which includes but is not limited to;

-Placing bogus and/or fraudulent booking requests.

-Impersonating someone or input fictitious personal information.

-Publishing or submitting inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, false, or outdated information.

-Sharing information with a third party.

Using Vawchoo bookings & deals for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity. No obeying all laws, rules and regulations applicable to using Vawchoo bookings & deals. 

Violating or attempting to violate the security or compromise the system integrity of any part of Vawchoo platform.

Reversing engineer or decompiling any part of Vawchoo platform

-Using any automated system or tools to extract, scrape, spider, resell, copy, reproduce or modify any data from Vawchoo Platform

-Aggregating, copying, reproducing, or duplicating in any matter any content or information other than as permitted by Vawchoo.

-Misusing Vawchoo bookings & deals which may impair the functionality of the Vawchoo platform or impair the ability of any Customers or other Partners to use Vawchoo bookings & deals.

Unless you are a Partner who offers their goods and services for sale on the Site, you can only use the Site for non-commercial purposes and only in compliance with these Terms. You may retrieve and display content from the Site on a computer screen, print and copy individual pages and, subject to the next section, store such pages in electronic form. 

You must use the Site and anything available from the Site for lawful purposes and not in a way that might damage our name, reputation, or any of our affiliates. 

TERMINATION

If your account is terminated, any pending or future credits and vouchers will be cancelled, and you may not create a new account without our permission. Please be aware that you will be held responsible for any damages resulting from your actions.

In addition, we reserve the right to hold you liable for any damages caused by your conduct. We may pursue legal action through relevant local and national law enforcement authorities and notify your internet service provider of any fraudulent activity we associate with you or your use of our Site

Any claims under these Terms of Use must be filed in Muscat, Oman. Claims for goods and services are exempt from this limitation. Any disputes shall be handled in good faith and resolved amicably. If mediation fails, legal remedies may be pursued.
